I enjoyed a quick one-night stay and loved that we were just a few steps away from Cafe Grande and less than a 5-minute walk to Gumbeaux's Oyster & Sports Bar for some tasty food, making it easy to explore during our brief visit.

This hotel is great for adults and was super quiet. The room was spacious with a comfy king bed and an awesome rain shower. Plus, I loved the added conveniences like a microwave and fridge!

Had an awesome time relaxing here! The pool was great for unwinding, and the hot tub was perfect for a soothing soak after a long day. Just wish the windows were a bit cleaner, but that didn’t ruin my fun at all. 😄

The large TV was fantastic. some areas showed signs of wear.

The King Room was pretty spacious, and I really liked the king bed—it was super comfy. The rain shower was a nice touch and made the whole bathroom feel a bit more luxurious. It had a microwave and fridge too, which were handy for late-night snacks. However, there was some dust in the corners, and the windows could use a clean. But overall, a decent place to kick back and relax.

I recently spent two nights at the Coushatta Grand Hotel and had plenty of good moments. Checking in was efficient, and the staff greeted me with a friendly smile. The king room offered a mini fridge and microwave—definitely a win. The unique shower setup caught my attention. One head was a soothing rain shower, and the other was more traditional. Loved that! The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room nice and cool, especially in the humid weather. I had a great breakfast at the Terrace Café, where the omelette hit the spot. Food at the 165 Diner was decent, but the lack of seating was a bummer. I also noticed the common areas seemed a bit neglected. the cleanliness could improve, especially outside the rooms. The casino was lively, but slot machine payouts felt tighter than before. A little slow on drink service while gambling. Overall, the amenities made my stay enjoyable, but there's room for a little upgrade in the cleanliness aspect. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

The Grand Hotel At Coushatta was fitting for my business needs. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff efficiently assisted in setting up my Wi-Fi connection for a video conference. My King Room was equipped with a microwave and fridge, which facilitated easy meals during my stay. Additionally, the dining options were varied, with quick service and enjoyable meals at the Terrace Café.

This place suits me perfectly, with excellent amenities like wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a swimming pool. The staff helped me print documents during my first stay, making it memorable. I recommend checking out the game room too! I'll be back for the weekend.

Great room with fast Wi-Fi, but parking was limited.

Currently at a resort that feels unprepared for guests. The sanitizing wipes provided had mold, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Additionally, there was no hot water during the stay, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the warm bread served at the restaurant was enjoyable, but it can’t compensate for the lack of maintenance and hygiene. This place needs significant improvements before it can truly welcome visitors.
