Everything was accessible and all employees were friendly and helpful from the valet, desk clerk and the and bell persons..
I am handicapped and our room was a long way from the elevator. Next time we will request a handicap room if they have any. I noticed there were a lot of handicapped persons in the Casino but I do not know if they were staying in the hotel.

They are always friendly and helpful. The room is always pleasant and comfortable. The people at the desk try to help any way they can. They always seem to want to make my stay fun.
There wasn't anything that I can think of that I didn't like. I do wish it was nearer the casino but I have no complaint about the Inn itself.

Everything was great. This was our 3rd stay at the Grand Hotel. My husband is handicapped, being so close to the casino is very important to us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to another visit soon.
1. My husband required a wheelchair. The one provided was falling apart. 2. While the bathtub was clean. It did not LOOK clean, but very slippery. The bathtub mat did not inspire confidence in its ability to keep a person from falling.

convenient dining and attractions around the hotel
I enjoyed a quick one-night stay and loved that we were just a few steps away from Cafe Grande and less than a 5-minute walk to Gumbeaux's Oyster & Sports Bar for some tasty food, making it easy to explore during our brief visit.

The location couldn't be more good in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was adjacent to the restaurants, gift shop, and Feather Fuel, a gas station convenience store on the property.

The afternoon buffet
90% of the staff is rude and extremely irritable. There is really no direction once you arrive in any department or area.

Had an awesome time relaxing here! The pool was great for unwinding, and the hot tub was perfect for a soothing soak after a long day. Just wish the windows were a bit cleaner, but that didn’t ruin my fun at all. 😄
